ABOUT CLAIRE
Hypnobirthing taught with experience, calm and clarity
I’m Claire Yee, a certified hypnobirthing practitioner and educator. Some past clients may know me as Claire Bettesworth.
I trained through The Hypnobirthing Institute in 2010 and have since supported more than 2,000 expecting couples across Auckland and beyond, both in person and online.
I also hold a Degree in Education, so a big part of what I do is make hypnobirthing clear, practical and easy to use when you actually need it.
Hypnobirthing became personal for me too when I used the techniques during the birth of my second baby, Oli, in the birthing pool at Birthcare. Experiencing them for myself gave me an even deeper appreciation for having practical tools you understand, have practised and can return to during labour.

LEARNING WITH CLAIRE
Clear, practical and easy to use
I teach hypnobirthing in a way that makes the techniques clear, practical and easy to understand.
You’ll learn what to do, why it helps and how to practise it with your birth partner, so you both know how to use the techniques when labour begins.
You don’t need any previous experience with meditation or hypnosis. Just come as you are.
Hypnobirthing is an easy learning process, wonderful experience of how to have an empowering birth. It has connected us in a joyful and aligned way, leaving us feeling informed, reassured and inspired. Your classes were wonderfully facilitated and presented Claire. We enjoyed the personal stories and experiences shared, along with supportive and inspiring emails.
