I'm the founder of Auckland Hypnobirthing, and I experienced the amazing benefits of hypnobirthing first hand when I gave birth to our second baby, Oli. I am a certified hypnobirthing practitioner and I’ve shared natural birthing classes in Auckland, and online, with thousands of expecting parents.
This has driven my passion to help other women to believe in themselves and their natural ability to give birth safely and easily.
